Harmony Hospice is dedicated to delivering compassionate, individualized care for patients and their families as they face a serious or terminal illness. Our teams of care providers and volunteers work collaboratively across the health system to improve quality of care and experience. Our programs and infrastructure allows us to make it simpler for individuals and families to navigate their healthcare system and communicate with their healthcare team, so they can experience greater continuity in care and service especially during this critical time.
At Harmony Hospice, our professional staff is well experienced and able to provide care for the client, as well as guidance to their family and caregivers. We are well versed in all of the details which need to be evaluated and taken to help determine if hospice care is appropriate. Our staff of Doctors, Nurses, Social Workers, CNA’s, and volunteers guides you through each and every step of the way, meeting your needs emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Respectfully, the level of care is totally up to you, and we work with each client and their family to design a personalized program of care according to need and wishes.
