The Martinez family settled in the vast and fertile coastal plains of Sinaloa, Mexico in the early 1900s. Graced with abundant sun, and rich soil fed by 3 rivers, this Sinaloan region is where the Martinez family turned their attention to learning the rich traditions of the Mexican culinary arts. Generations of experience have created a high level of quality recipes and a love for the art of salsa making. The joy of freshly picked tomatoes and vegetables, their smell, color, taste, and texture inspired the Martinez family to use these beautiful gifts from the earth to enrich life with enjoyment through their world of salsas.
